United States History We are continuing our study of all aspects of the New England colonies. Friday was our act it out for Jamestown, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay, and several other colonies. It was a big success. Economics and the Triangle Trade route will be our next big subject. We also had our first attempt at memorizing definitions. Some were tremenously successful, the others will retest on Nov. 3. They will continue until they master this important skill. Please help them practice the definitions word for word. This is not a "matching test" or "fill in the blank", we need to work at a higher level than that. Hopefully this next time will be much better for everyone. They will continue it until it is mastered. |
