  For your Information

All instruction in World Languges for Grades K-8 follows the World Language Curriculum for the Catholic Schools in the State of New Jersey.

The goals for all grades are written to include the New Jersey Department of Education New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards.

The World Languages Curriculum encompasses a continuum of skills necessary for learners to effectively listen and comprehend, speak, read and write the target language.

World Language instruction provides the opportunity for students to develop an appreciation of other languages and cultures.

As our students learn to understand another language, they also learn about similarities between cultures and to respect the differences between themselves and others in our society and the world.

Everyone heard the Good News spoken in their   own language.
