 TRU (Tobacco Reality Unfiltered) is a statewide youth-led movement dedicated to preventing tobacco initiation and use in North Carolina. 

 

TRU wil have a "Tobacco Education" table on display at the basketball game on Feb. 21

 ATTENDANCE MATTERS

"The Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education firmly believes that attendance is a student, parent, and community responsibility.  The intent of the attendance procedure for th Rowan-Salisbury Schools is to provide a structure within which students can gain maximum benefits from the instructional program.  Regular attendance is necessary if students are to receive adequate guidance through their class work and benefit from the discussions.  All students are expected to attend classes for the entire day every day that school is in session.  The progress of a student at school depends greatly on the punctuality and regularity of attendance."
