WELCOME TO FIRST GRADE SCHOOLNOTES

We have a few classes this week before wecall it quits for the summer.  I hopeeveryone has a safe and happy summer and see all of you back in August!

PHONICS

Wild colt words(rule breakers), oa and ey.  

All work will be done in class so there will be no homework!

 

 

MATH

The 2^nd Grade Lessons seem so easy but that isbecause the beginning lessons are reviewing First Grade material.  It is a good way to end the year!  Again, no homework.  (The kids love it!)

 

Mon.   Lesson 4 &5  Doubles to 18, write numbers to 100

Tues.  Lesson 6 &7  Attributes of Pattern blocks, ordinalposition, patterns     

 

                                                               

 

RELIGION

Finishing  “Loving andServing” and starting “Mary and the Saints”.

 

READING

There are 3 stories left in our reading book that we willcover this week.  Each day(Mon., Tues.,Wed.,) your child will bring home  thebook with a story to read.
