Welcome to my page!  If you are reading this more than likely you are taking one of the 3 classes I am teaching this semester.  Here is my schedule.

1st and 2nd period- Allied Health Science II

3rd period- PLANNING

4th period-Biomedical Technology

All lesson plans are on www.nrhs.edu20.org.  Parents are welcome to see what we are doing in this class.  You may call me at North between 11AM and 12:30PM for any questions or concerns.

 Best Practices when studying for my class:

1.  Take Cornell Notes...reduce and highlight

2.  Read Daily

3.  Make and study flash cards

4.  Make ACRONYMS for memorization.

For Health Science II students: CPR  cards are on order.

Full CNA exam money due December 31 for all Allied Health Science students.

CNA exam fee.........$101

Payment plan offered $25 due monthly at the end of September, October, and November. $26 due at the end of December.

Clinical Orientation will be Thursday October 27, at 7:30 AM at the YMCA.  Don't be late.  Show up in uniform and dressed appropriately.

Tutoring Sessions

Tutoring Sessions for:

Allied Health Science II will be offered on Tuesday after school at 2:45 PM.

Biomedical Technology tutoring on Wednesday after school at 2:45 PM

Allied Health I will be offered on Thursday after school at 2:45 PM.

These tutoring sessions will be located in my room V3 and will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes  or as needed.

AHS II students should be working on module reviews located on edu.  Please retake until you make at least a 90 on each one.  You are free to come to my room during lunch or after school to work on your modules if you do not have internet at home.  Anyone needing to contact me can call the school 704-636-4420 ext 870.
