Frazier Park School, home of the Bobcats!
On behalf of the school staff, I'd like to welcome you to Frazier Park School. My name is Dena Kiouses and this is my second year as principal of both Frazier Park School and El Tejon School. I have a BA degree in Liberal Arts with concentrations in English and math and a MA in education. I have taught self contained classes in grades 3, 5, 6 and pre-algebra, algebra, reading, and language arts in grades 7 and 8. I am married with four grown children. My husband, Steve, teaches science and math at the high school and college levels. We both enjoy hiking, kayaking, and college football. At Frazier Park School, there are many opportunities for parent involvement. We have a reading lab, where volunteers read to students; an active PTSO, including Friends of the Library, who keep our library books shelved and ready for our students; as well as classroom volunteers. At Frazier Park School, we look forward to working in partnership, with parents, to ensure student success. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. dkiouses@el-tejon.org 661.245.3312 |
