Happy New Year!!  Your children are continuing to make great progress.  We hope that you will enjoy watching your child grow and that you will play an important part in their learning along with us.

In January we will be learning the following:

Math:  Making patterns using sounds, movements, and objects.  We will also learn how to measure objects.

Reading: We will reading books about winter and snow.  We will learn how to make connections between the different stories that we read.

Writing:  We will be focusing on how to write 2 or 3 sentences on a specific topic.

Science:  We will learn about "polar" animals and their habitats.  We will also be learning about weather.
