Let me tell you what's happening...  This month has been hectic at best with all these SNOW DAYS and Holidays.  Hopefully, February will allow us to get back to a normal schedule. 

This week we are starting a new Reading Project. Your student has been assigned a 9-week goal for a reading and book report assignment.  Each time your child completes a book report on a fiction book he/she will receive a sticker on our Reading Chart.  At the end of the Quarter, if your child reaches the goal set for him/her, they will receive a prize. 

We are also starting a new method for recording Math Grades.  Your child will bring home a grid that will have the Math Grades recorded on it.  Each student and parents can easily track Math Grades for the quarter.  I am asking that you review the papers, return them and sign the grid along with the weekly folder.
