1/2 and 3/5, be sure to finish anything up that needs to be finished on your book report on The Egypt Game (1/2) or The Reluctant God (3/5).  There were a few who, for various reasons, had two parts to finish.  If you are one of those who had two parts to finish up, remember to just choose one to finish up.  I'll talk to you about the other one tomorrow!  Don't try to finish it all in one night.  I'll work with you!!

6/7- write each spelling word you missed three times.  We had three more 100's today!!!  I bet many of you will make 100's tomorrow!!!

Compound sentence: Suzi ate dinner, and John went out to play.
(Suzi ate dinner is one sentence, John went out to play is another sentence. They are joined by a comma and "and."
