This is Mrs. Soles. I will be posting homework and messages here: For your information: The students are now using Study Island. This is an Internet based program for practice in reading and math. The program is available at home also. Last year's passwords are used this year. Please ask me if the password cannot be remembered. The assignments for the week of November 2: Math We have begun a unit on graphing. We will being doing a project with our Halloween candy. English: We began a unit on how-to reports last Thursday. The students will be writing their own how-to reports this week and will be presenting it to the class this week. The presentations should be 5-7 minutes long. A rubric will be given as a guideline. Social Studies: In class worksheets that are graded will be done this week.
