This is Mrs. Soles. I will be posting homework and messages here: On June 4, 2009 Hempfield buses will dismiss at 10:45. This is HEMPFIELD ONLY! All others will dismiss at 11:40. Homework for the week of May 26, 2009 Math: We will be continuing a unit on Area and Circumference of a circle Tuesday: DHP #119 Wednesday: DHP #120 Thursday: a midchapter review of the concepts taught in the first half of chapter 12 A REMINDER: FIRSTINMATH POINTS for the 4th marking period should total 400 from where the student left off during the 3rd marking period. These are due Friday, May 29, 2009. English: We are finishing a unit on prepositions. There will be a quiz on Tuesday, May 19 We will do an end of the year writing assignment next. Social Studies: We will begin the Pacific Staes. The final test will be the 50 states and their capitals. It is tentatively scheduled for May 27. We will then finish the American Revolution. |
