Parent Conferences:  Wed. Nov. 11th; Thanks for your support and taking time to meet with me.  I am looking forward to improved success with all students for the next quarter.

Science:  Bone Project:  2 -3 paragraph research - due 13th.  Draft of Scientific Method:  Due 16th.  Bones should be immersed in water and vinegar.  Refer to Green Science Folder for the assignment.  Project is due November 20th.

We will be studying Animal Systems next week:  Skeletal, Muscular, Respiratory, etc.

Language Arts:  Transitional Words:  using signal words to transition.  (However, although, since, on the other hand, etc.  Making Inferences, predictions based on evidence.

Next week we will be studying Idioms:  Figurative Language

Spelling:  Refer to workbook for assignments:  (pages 35-38).  Test on Mon. 11/16
