Hello Sharks and Parents,

I gave back the 9 week Chemistry Exams today. Anyone who wanted to up  their grade was invited to take a copy of the test home and make test corrections for points . Also I gave 10 extra credit points for getting the last progress report signed and for attending the tutoring session on Feb. 2. Any one may stay for studying 4 success on any Tuesday and receive , 10 ex. pts. .

Also I have some students that still owe me homework from Monday. Please check your son or daughter's agenda for a note. Some turned it in 1 day late for a -10 points. Thank you for all your help in keeping up their work so that no one is disappointed at grade time.

Studying 4 Success- I am offering afterschool study sessions every Tuesday from 2:30-3:30 for Science EOC review until May. Any 8th grade student on any team may attend. Sharks will receive 10 extra credit points on any test for each sesssion they attend.They can bring a drink , snack or go to the bathroom and be ready to start at 2:40. Don't be late.

We are planning on a March date for the yard sale and an April date for a car wash to help 8th graders with field trip expenses.

Look for news about an upcoming Yard Sale for all students who want help with 8th grade expenses. If you have an item to donate please send to me. We are not going to sell clothes but any other items that you think you would like to donate would be appreciated. Also any student that works the Yard Sale will get a portion of the proceeds for their expenses.  Any student may work to help another student if they wish.  If anyone has a business that would like to sponsor a child see me or Mr. Kraft, or if your church is looking for ways to help others please let us know. We will be glad to give you a letter head letter explaining the trip or they can call Mr. Kraft.
