In Grades 1-2, the students are learning about special keys on the keyboard, and working with Paint.  In the Computer Lab most classes from grades 4-6 are working on keyboarding skills, In grade 3 we are participating in an on line learning program to learn about banking and finance.  Grades 7B and 8B are working with Mr. Collins and Mrs. Ciccocioppi on a public speaking/presentation project using Power Point. Grade 7A is making a mini movie using Movie Maker to illustrate the meaning of a song.  Grade 8A is beginning a Clamation Project, using clay figures they will design with a story line that will then be photographed and animated using Movie Maker.


THE SCHOOL IS IN NEED OF EMPTY INK CARTRIDGES!!! PLEASE ASK AT WORK FOR ALL EMPTIES AND SEND IN. THANKS!

***** Thank you to all who have sent in used ink cartridges and cell phones. Don't forget to keep saving Box Tops and empty ink cartridges over the summer. Encourage your office or business to become a partner with us to recycle cartridges or old cell phones. Contact Mrs. Ciccocioppi for details. Thank you to all who participate.

Remember to use Anti-Virus software on your computers at home and keep it up-dated!!! Check the Microsoft web site for patches to avoid some of the more recent viruses and worms. Your Internet provider may be offering security software at no additional charge with your membership. I know that Comcast has an excellent package of security software to protect your computer and it is FREE!
