Beginning  October 24th, students will be responsible for reading a book of their choice each evening. The book must be finished within 3 weeks for full credit. A book summary or report will be assigned for a grade every three weeks.

  MID TERMS WILL BE GIVEN ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 9TH.  PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN WITH YOUR CHILD.

 

 

Persuasive Essays

  • November 9-13
  • Choosing and evaluating your issue: -Group activity
  •  brainstorm,outline,rough draft, final essay
  •  complete essay by Thursday- Nov. 12 (class discussion)

Vocabulary  Unit two sentences due Thursday Nov. 12th

Vocabulary Unit two quiz Friday Nov. 13th

 

All students must have a composition book for class
