Congratulations to our new Mentors, Stacia, Samantha and Ashley.  They will complete their training for Club Ophelia before Christmas.  We'll be ready to ring in the new year in the first week!
    Seventh and eight grade girls who are interested in joining Club Ophelia should sign up in December.  We have received many applications but are still able to take a few more interested girls.  There will be a waiting list on a first come basis as occasionally a member has to withdraw from the club because of another obligation.  The first Club O meeting will be January 7th from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM.  A bus will provide transportation home.   Meetings will be held every Thursday through the months of January, February and the first Thursday in March.

Get ready to have some fun and make new friends.

     Club Ophelia could not meet last week because of an evening  faculty in-service. This week we have plans to discuss "The Sisterhood"  and how to become a true friend.   We had a wonderful discussion last week and hope to be as candid this week.

   Mrs. Malkemes has a great craft planned. It will be a surprise, as always.    I bet each of you received complements on your bracelets and necklaces we made last time. 
   Speaking of surprises...I wonder what the snack will be??

    Love those snow days...until they disrupt our Club Meetings.   We will now have our final meeting and banquet on March 18th instead of March 4th.    Invitations for the banquet will be made this Thursday during Club.   Final preparations will be discussed on March 11th.   See you all tomorrow, sisters!
