This week in class we will focus on reviewing concepts already learned, to help students prepare for upcoming exams. Remember the end is almost here. Make sure that all make up work is complete!
Monday: we will do our journal, write and discuss our break, and create a word review.
Tuesday: Students will make plans and goals for the new year to help them be successful in their decision making. They will also work on their journals and begin a short story.
Wednesday: Students will continue the story and discuss it.
Thursday: Journals and finishing the story will be the focus.
Friday: Students will write in their journals, and write a short essay about the story.
Craft Club meets every Tuesday 2:30-3:30!

Parents: Our class could use old magazines, and other items listed on the class wish list. (ask your student)

Students will continue to have some time to get help with other class assignments. In the event that students do not have anything from other classes, they need to have a book to read or something educational to work on. If they do not come to class prepared for this then I will assign them something educational. Not working will result in the failure to receive the class participation points for that part of the day.
