Happy New Year to all. I am looking forward to our second half of the year. We have some exciting things planned. We will start our impact unit on the moon when we come back. You might want to start looking at the moon each night. We actually had what is called a "blue moon" last Friday night, but we could not see it because of the clouds. If anyone can tell me what a "blue moon" is I will give you extra credit. We will learn about the phases of the moon and about constellations. It is a fun unit. I had a great holiday and hope you all did. I will look forward to hearing about your holiday. Hopefully you will have lots of seed ideas for stories. I sure do. I will see you bright and early Tuesday morning. |
