The BOOK FAIR will begin this week in the school library. Our class will attend on Thursday, November 12th during their regular library time at 9:55 to 10:35. There will be helpers there to assist young buyers but you are welcome to join us to help your child select books to purchase if you wish. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The theme this week will again be colors. We will be working with the color words and adding them to the vocabulary that has already been introduced. The letterof the week is Mm for marching, monkeys, and marshmallows. The sight vocabulary to be emphasized this week are the words-----MY and LIKE. In math, we will start to work on counting sets and writing numbers six through ten. In religion, we will be making a rainbow for Noah and the ark and talk about promises. Mrs. Galando Please note: the children will be bringing home a special ON-GOING homework assignment sometime this week. It will not be due back until just before Thanksgiving. All directions are in the children's HOMEWORK folders.
