This quarter, we will be working on mastering 114 sight words and 54 phonograms! Please be sure to use flash cards and practice at home daily! We will also be working on counting, identifying and writing numbers to 31, addition and subtraction of whole numbers, strategies for solving number problems, using a 100's chart to count to 100, even & odd numbers, and skip counting by 2, 5, and 10! Please encourage your child to do their best!
I found a NEW website for practicing sight words. It allows your child to play games with their sight words and allows YOU to print extra practice pages for them to use! The website is www.spellingcity.com. Click on 'Find A List' at the top and type in 'Megan Meyer'. The lists will pop up and be available to use!
