I am so proud of my 2nd graders!
Please remember to come to school each day at 7:50. It is important for you to be on time because we begin our daily routines very early. Breakfast, lunch count, attendance, morning math, and morning survey are all very important things we do early in the morning as soon as we get into the classroom.

Reading: Our reading stories this week are Hear the Cheers and The Great Ball Game. Our skill is classifying. When we classify, we sort things into groups based on their similarities.
Math: This week we will continue adding two digit numbers.
Science: We will begin our Unit on Weather this week.
Social Studies: This week we will learn about voting and how citizens vote for government leaders.
