Syllabus AIG 1st Semester Ms. Helling and Mrs. Macdonald Our theme second semester is Utopia. We will be exploring the concept of Utopia and Utopian societies. Our study will include literature, art, media, and actual historical events. All students are expected to participate in all activities. These activities include: Group discussions Class discussions Individual projects Research Group projects Requirements: All students are expected to participate in class and to complete work on time. Late Work: All work is to be turned in on the due date. Any late work will receive 10 points off for each day it is late. Incomplete work will be returned to the student to finish and will be counted as late work. Projects: All projects count as a quiz grade. Homework and Blogs: Homework and blogs count as a homework grade. Readings: Animal Farm by George Orwell
