Dear New Ninth Grade Students and Parents,

I look forward to spending the  year with all of my new students.  I hope the letters I sent home the first day helped to clue everyone in on what is expected in my classroom. During this first nine week grading period,  we will be studying the elements of short stories, writing narratives,  learning new prefixes and affixes, and studying grammar (simple and compound sentences, homonyms, antonyms, and subject/verb agreement)

Please contact me at the e-mail link above if you have any questions or concerns.
