 Upcoming Events:
•Student-Led conferences Tues., 11/10, from 3-6pm in the Media Center.  Look for the letter in your child's agenda regarding conferences, signing of PEP's, and signing of DEP paperwork (for AIG students).

•Report cards for 1st Qtr.:  11/10

•Permission slip and $4 due 11/10 for
 the trip to The Nutcracker performance on 12/10 (in Kannapolis).

This week in class:
•We are working on our final group project presentations for The Door in the Wall.Groups will perform their own plays on Friday, November 6th.

•Wordskills, Lesson 3, Activities 1, 2, 5 & 6 due Tuesday, 11/2.

•Wordskills Quiz on Tuesday 11/2 as well.

•Quarterly rewards will be given this week for students who met one or both of their quarterly reading goals!

•Students set reading goals for 2nd quarter this week in class.  Look in your child's reading log folder to see what goals they've set!
Reminder:
•The Knights team requires that students have a book to read with them at all times, so please check with your child to see that they have a book each day. 

•Please continue to check and sign the agenda daily.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.  You may write a note in your child's agenda, email me, or call me.  I am easiest to reach after school, or you may call before school between 6:30 and 7:00 am, or during my planning period from 12:50 to 2:15 pm.
