Methods for determining where to place the decimal point in a multiplication answer. Tuesday 3/20 Recite definitions for defining dividend, divisor, quotient, terminating decimal, repeating decimal and give examples Write division problems 3 different ways Identify the dividend, divisor, and quotient on differently written division problems Wednesday 3/21 Change fractions to decimals two different ways. Identify the decimal answer as terminating or repeating Be able to explain that it is the division that repeats or terminates which gives the decimal its classification. Thursday 3/22 Friday 3/23 |
