MISS LENTZ'S 2nd GRADE TEAM

It is hard to believe that we are almost halfway through the school year! 2nd Quarter Report Cards will be issued soon and we will be doing a lot of quarterly assessments and benchmark testing to see how much the students have improved. I may be requesting conferences with some parents to discuss your child's progress in 2nd grade! We have a busy few months ahead of us, so let's all keep up the hard work!

Please check your child's agenda each night for important notes, behavior points, and reminders. Thursday folders come home each Thursday with your child's work samples.  Please sign folder and return on Fridays. Also each student has reading, writing, and math weekly homework. It is sent home on the first day of the week and is due the last day of the week. Please check to make sure your child is completing all of their homework, because this reinforces skills that are being taught in class.
