What We're Studying This Week:
Reading: “Cowboys”, -ness and -less, cause and effect, graphic organizers
Language: combining sentences w/commas, handwriting
Spelling: -ness ,-less words
Math: unit review, adding three digit numbers
Science: life cycle of the butterfly
Social Studies: atlas and maps

Homework:
-A reading passage will come home Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday night. Students will bring their reading book home to read on Wednesday night.
-Math sheets will come home Monday and are due Friday morning.

Upcoming Events:
-The dictation and story reading test will be Thursday.
-The spelling test will be Friday.
-Our field trip will be the 21st. Please be on time and wear your black t-shirt.
