     Be sure to get your Valentine Candy gram orders in this week.  They will be delivered to the classrooms on Valentine's Day.  This is a fundraiser to support the 8th grade end of the year activities and we appreciate all the support we get from everyone in the school.

    The 8th grade is also having a bake sale this coming weekend.  All 8th graders are to bring in 2 homemade items that are wrapped & prepared to sell.  Please don't put anything in a dish or on a plate and expect that we will cut & serve.  It is to come ready to sell.  All students are expected to sign up & sell at one of the four Masses.  A sign up sheet will be passed around this week in school. parents are also asked to help supervise. We can use 2 parents per Mass.  If you have background clearance & are able, let your child know so they can sign you up to help.

     I will send out a request for parent chaperones for the class trip, soon.  Remember, I only need 5, so if more send in a note saying they are interested, names will be drawn from a hat.  Parents must be on the cleared volunteer list, ride the bus there & back, & spend the whole day with us which is 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

     Third quarter Progress Reports go home this week.  Please look over the grades & any comments written.  If a conference is requested, please return with a convenient date & time.  The middle school teachers like to meet together so parents only need to schedule one conference.  Mornings usually work best for us.  Please sign & return the report as soon as possible.
