This is not the time to slack off!

May 4th-May 8th    6th grade math for Mrs. Snipes         As you have now heard from your connect-ed call, EOG's have been moved up a week sooner than we expected.  This means students need to work even harder!  This week we will be finishing geometric movement, and moving on to area of shapes. There will be formulas to be memorized!  Please help your child stay organized and focused as we push to the end.

May 11th - 15th - THIS IS IT!  It is the last week of classes before EOG.  We have so much to do.  We will be working figures with complex areas, and probability.  We will be reviewing everything possible.  Please make sure your child is bringing all materials to class.  They are getting cards for materials they don't have.  They should be studying about 30 minutes each night in Math.  All formulas need to be memorized.

May 18th- 22nd - This is really it.  EOG week.   Please see that your child gets a good night's sleep and has a breakfast of protein this week.  Also make sure they have their calculator and #2 lead pencils. They may not use mechanical pencils this year.  Encourage them to read everything carefully and do their very best!  We will continue to review each day.
