Hi all! Here are some ideas for summer: read; then read; read again; remember to read; and, lastly, read! Try to read at least 20,000 words per week. More is always good! Of course, play outside every day- even if you walk briskly around your neighborhood. Eat protein, carbs, fruits, and veggies every day. Hang out with your friends at least once a week. Have dinner with your family at least three days a week.
