Can you believe that Christmas/winter break is around the corner? Remember that the last day of school for students is December 19 and students will return January 5, 2009.
Our (early) Christmas party was a lot of fun! Thank you parents for bringing all the supplies that we needed to make this party a success. I have to say, we have the BEST group of parents here at Koontz Elementary.
What are we doing this week?
12-15-08 to 12-19-08
Math: Final stretch of Fractions and decimals.
Science: Nutrition
When we return from the Break we are going to be working on the fitness portion of nutrition by calculating calories and improving our physical fitness levels. This will lead us into Area & Perimeter.
