Welcome to Earth Science.  The earth science course carries a $10.00 lab fee.  We will do anywhere between 35 to 40 labs in this course so please pay your lab fee.  Materials that you will need for the class is a 2 pocket folder, red pen for correcting, pencil or a pen (blue or black ink) and a composition notebook for daily warm ups.  

With North Rowan being a school of technology you may want to purchase a flash drive to store created work and pictures.

The new unit is Earth Chemistry.  Student will be learning the basic of chemistry and how this is relates to the formation of rock and minerals.  First and Second Earth Science Classes have their map project due October 27 and mapping test October 19th.
