Thursday, June 3:  All make up work due TOMORROW!
PsychologyJournal#28.  Students took notes through Mood Disorders.  We read together an article about a Multiple Personality Disorder sufferer.  HW:  ALL MAKE UP WORK DUE TOMORROW.  Journals 21-30 due next Wednesday.

Honors World History: Students reviewed EQ 20-21 and we discussed the causes of WWI.
  HW:  Chapter Summary Packet due at end of class tomorrow (they will have time to work on it in class tomorrow.) 

World Geography:  Students turned in Part III of their Country Project.  As a class, we reviewed the Five Themes of Geography and how students are to complete their Final Exam PowerPoint
.  HW:  FINAL EXAM POWERPOINT DUE WEDNESDAY JUNE 16TH.

World History:  As a class, we finished reviewing Chapter 12, Section 1 questions 6-9.  We also finished reading Section 2.
  HW: Section 2 Reading Questions due tomorrow.  FINAL EXAM POWERPOINT DUE WEDNESDAY JUNE 16TH.


Wednesday, June 2:  All make up work due Friday!
PsychologyJournal#27.  Period One took notes through Multiple Personality Disorder.  Period 5 only took notes through OCD.  All students turned in their Personality Project.  HW:  Online research on how Bipolar Disorder affects children and adults differently.

Honors World History: Students reviewed EQ 16-19 and we discussed how WWI caused WWII.
  HW:  The Tank worksheet questions 1-4. 

World Geography:  Students worked on their Review Sheet for South Asia
.  HW:  Part II of Project due TOMORROW.

World History:  For a classwork grade, the students worked on answering questions for Chapter 14, Section 1.  As a class, we began to review questions and got through the first five.
  HW: None for tomorrow.


Tuesday, June 1:  All make up work due Friday!
PsychologyJournal #26.  Period One began notes on Anxiety Disorders.  Period 5 only had five students, so we will wait until tomorrow to start these notes.  HW:  Personality Project due TOMORROW.

Honors World History:  Students worked on EQ 16-21.  Students received their Modern World Events Papers back and have until Friday to hand in their rewrites if they so wish.
  HW:  Ch. 14 EQ 16-21 due tomorrow. 

World Geography: Students were in the library spending their last day in class working on Part III of their Country Project
.  HW:  Part II of Project due Thursday.

World History:  As a group, we read Ch. 14, Section 1 and half of Section 2.  The copy machine broke down, so I could not give them their homework.  They will work on it in class tomorrow after we finish reading Section 2 together.
  HW: None for tomorrow.

World Geography: Students finished notes on South Asia

World History:  Students finished up working on their Performance Assessments.

World Geography: Students were in an assembly this period and did not have class

Honors World History:  Students reviewed EQ 1-5.

World Geography:  Students took notes on Nepal and Bhutan.  Classwork activity was to work on a Weather Map worksheet.  As a class, we reviewed the worksheet together.
  HW: Part III of Country Project due Thurs. June 3. 

World History:  Talked about the Performance Assessment that will be the Test for Chapter 12.  Students worked on coming up with ideas.
  HW: Notebook due Wednesday.  Performance Assessment due Friday.


Monday, May 24: 
PsychologyPeriod One watched the biography on Sigmund Freud.  Period Five worked on the homework.   HW:  Read article on Freud and answer the questions.

Honors World History:  Students took the
A Tale of Two Cities Test.  HW:  Ch. 14 EQ 1-5 due tomorrow. 

World Geography:  Students were
in the library working on Part III of their country project.  HW: Part III of Country Project due Thurs. June 3. 

World History:  Modern World Event Paper rewrites were due today.  Students worked on their Review Sheet, their Chapter Summary Packet and their Notebook (all due Wednesday)

Honors World History:  Students worked on Chapter 14 EQ 1-5.

World Geography:  Students took the last notes on Pakistan and Bangladesh. 
Read together an article about how Pakistan has banned Facebook and YouTube and discussed.  Students worked on their homework.  HW:3 paragraph essay on how your life would be different if you lived inIndia, due tomorrow.  Please have parents sign the review of the Final Exam Instructions. 

World History:  Students had an assembly.

Thursday, May 20: 
PsychologyStudents took the Quiz on Freud and Jung.  Students then took notes on the Neo-Freudians.   HW:  Students have to write a dialog between the id, ego and superego.

Honors World History:  Students turned in their Chapter 12 Notebook and some needed more time to finish their tests.
  HWA Tale of Two Cities Test will take place on Monday. 

World Geography:  Students turned in 
Part II of Country Project.  We took notes on Pakistan and Bangladesh.  Students worked on their Atlas worksheet.  HW:  Please have parents sign the review of the Final Exam Instructions.

World Geography:  Students took their South Asia Map Quiz.  Students then went to the library to work on their Country Project.

Honors World History:  Students turned in their Final Drafts.  Students worked on their Notebook.  As a class, we played Jeopardy
.   HW:  Chapter 12 TEST Wednesday.  Chapter 12 Notebook due Thursday. 

World Geography:  As a class, we reviewed the South Asia political map.  Took notes on Indian culture.  Classwork assignment was to fill in the South Asia Physical Map.
  HW:  Part II of Country Project due Thursday, May 20.  Please have parents sign the review of the Final Exam Instructions.  South Asia Section 1 & 2 questions due tomorrow.

World History
As a class, we reviewed the Hinduism homework questions.  I held conferences with the students who turned in their Final Drafts on how they can make improvements to their papers.  Students read Section 5 to themselves and answered the Section 5 Questions.  HW:  Please have parents sign the review of the Final Exam Instructions.  Ch. 12, Section 5 questions due tomorrow.  Final Draft fixes due Monday, May 24.


Monday, May 17: 
PsychologyPeriod One students reviewed the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator PowerPoint.  They began notes on Freud's Stages of Development.  Period 5 went to the Library and took the Big Five Personality Test and we can back and discussed the Big 5 Factors.   HW:  None for tomorrow.

Honors World History:  Students received the Chapter Summary Packet and the Chapter 12 Review Sheet and worked on both in class
.   HW:  Final Draft of Modern World Event paper due TOMORROW.  Chapter 12 TEST Wednesday.  Chapter 12 Notebook due Thursday. 

World Geography:  As a class, we reviewed the South Asia political map twice.  Took notes on India through the Green Revolution.
  HW:  Part II of Country Project due Thursday, May 20.  Please have parents sign the review of the Final Exam Instructions.
