Hello everyone!  We are already into March.  Wow!  This is a wonderful month.  Spring begins, the trees and flowers begin to bloom, and God sends our rain.  Remember that March is a transition month from winter to spring, and jackets are still needed (especially on our windy March days).  The following is an overview of the activities and important dates for this month.

We will begin recognizing a Star Student  the first week in March.  Please try to arrive by 8:45 in order for our Star Student to have his or her favorite book read at 8:50 (this is a special time for the children, the star student, and the parent).  We leave no later than 9:05 for Music Makers.  Our schedule is tight!  Thank you in advance.

The PS3's will be concentrating on letter recognition and phonetic sounds for letters Oo, Pp, and Qq.  We will be learning numbers 11 and 12 and their concepts.  Also, we will be counting to 25.  Our Bible lessons will include Peter is Freed, Ten Lepers, Jesus Loves the Children, The Lost Lamb, and Resurrection Week.  Our memory verse for this month is "We love Him, because He first loved us."  1John 4:19.

It's an exciting thing to realize how much the children have progressed!  They have learned so much, and  we have so much more to learn.  Your children are amazing!  I love them all.  They are such a blessing!    Have a blessed month!
