Please pardon my absence from SchoolNotes/Edline.  Thank you for your prayers and good wishes--I am feeling much better. 
 
Remember, we have a spelling test tomorrow on Unit 4.  I'm sorry I didn't get the words up on Spelling City--I'll do that right now in case anyone wants to use that tonight. 
 
We have off on Monday and when we return on Tuesday, it is picture day.  Flyers went home today.
 
Homework for 10/6/2011 and 10/7/2011
Spelling:  study for unit 4 test tomorrow

 Math:  workbook pae 54

 For the weekend:  study unit 4 vocab words

Please remember that now that Edline packets have been distributed, I will continue to post both here and on Edline for another week or so, until everyone is set up on Edline and comfortable using it.  Then, I will switch completely over to Edline for daily notes and assignments.  If you have questions about it, please let me know.  I'm happy to walk you through it.  If you're checking out Edline now, use the ILA page for all daily notes and homework assignments.  You can access homework assignments through the specific content pages if you want, but everything you need is accessible from the ILA page which I am considering our "main" page.  Other content specific messages, etc. will be put on the subject pages in the future.  I will always make a note of this on the main page daily notes if I post something there.
 
As you'll see, grades are being posted.  I will always post to Edline as soon as I enter grades for a specific test.  Please check them!  It is a great way to keep up with how your child is doing--an instant progress report! 
 
In Edline, use the ILA page and scroll down to News to see my daily notes.  Assignments can be found either in the daily notes or by clicking the "Assignments" link on the right hand side of the page.
