SCIENCE HOUR RESOURCES

Science hour report consists of one paragraph summarizing the article they read or show they watched .The second paragraph is a reflection on the article or show. It should answer the questions:
1) What did I learn?
2) What did I think about it?
3) Why did I choose this article or show?
4) Any other thoughts you thought about the article or show.

The article or show should be science newsworthy. These are not research papers, but ways for students to find and write about an interesting science topic. Do not use wikipedia or more than one source. The purpose is to find one article to summarize and then reflect on. Students are also able to write a science hour report on any museum or science related place they may have visited. The are required to use the same format.

The source is required as well.

for a software tool to assist with that. We will be reviewing how to use this tool in class.

The maximum amount points is 10 points. Points are deducted for late assignments and if any of the above requirements are not met.
