Third Grade Homework Policy

1.  The student planner is a very important means of communication between school and home.  A planner has been given to your child, and the assignments are written on the board and then copied by your child.  The teacher makes sure assignments are recorded.

2.  The student should always complete the assignment by doing his/her best work.

3.  After assignments are completed, you, the parent/guardian should look them over and sign the planner.  The planner must be signed every night, whether there are assignments or not.

4.  Homework and the signed planner are due the next morning, or when assigned by the teacher.

5.  Please help to make your child's third grade experience a good one by being attentive to the planner and their assignments.  Together we will make your child's school year a great one!
