Just a few reminders.....

Strep throat is going around!! If your child complains of a sore throat, PLEASE take them seriously! Even if they don't have a fever or a rash, it may still be strep, so a trip to the doctor may be in order!

If your child has had a fever and /or vomiting, they may NOT RETURN to school until they have been fever free and /or not vomiting for 24hrs!

As always, it is important to reinforce with your children good hand washing and covering their sneezes and coughs! These two things contribute greatly to preventing the spred of germs in school!

Please remember to keep your child's emergency info updated!  This is very important as we go into cold and flu season!

All screenings have been completed for this year.  If you have received a vision or hearing referral for your child, please have it completed and returned to me as soon as possible.

I still have not received all the required physical forms from students in kindergarten and sixth grade.  If your child is in one of these grades, and you have not returned the completed form to me, please do so as soon as possible.  Physical reminders have been sent out.  If you have received one, please follow up!
