Dear Parents,

Welcome to the 2011- 2012 school year! We are looking forward for a successful and meaningful year. As parents, you are your child’s first and most important teachers. We hope to enlist your support and cooperation in order to maximize your child’s educational growth and development this year. 

We would like to inform you about the following requirements 

1.     Each child is asked to bring the following items:

                                      3-boxes of Kleenex

                                      3-containers of Clorox disinfectant wipes

                                      2- Containers of baby wipes (students use wipes 

                                           after P.E. and recess to wipe the sweat and dirt

                                           from face)

                                      2- Roll of paper towels

                                      5- Jumbo book covers

                                      2- 12 oz size of hand sanitizer or 1 large bottle

                                      1- Large size zip-lock boys

                                      1- Small size zip-lock girls      

Thank you for your help and cooperation with these procedures and requests. We will be keeping in touch with you throughout the school year.

         Homework:Lesson 3, Written practice page 19-20, 1-15

Thursday, August 25: Number line/Thermometer

         Homework:  Lesson 4, written practice page 26-27.

Friday, August 26: No Homework
