Unit 3: Fractions, Decimals, Percents, and Ratios Please see the Concept Map Download to see how the unit is broken down. Key Learnings: 1. Fractions, decimals, and percents can be used interchangeably. 2. The rules and relationships that govern whole numbers govern all rational numbers. 3. In order to add or subtract fractions, we must have like denominators. 4. Products may be larger smaller or equal to their factors. 5. Quotients may be larger, smaller, or equal to the dividend or divisor. 6. Ratios use division to represent relationships between two quantities.
