  • Monday (Today ) is a prize Dress Down Day for the Race For Education .Remember that the children should wear their sneakers for gym class.
  • We did not have Library Class last week due to our Field Trip and this week there will be no Library classes scheduled. So the children should have returned all their books by now. Thanks!!
  • Tuesday is our Canned Goods collection for the Patrician Society.
  • Journals are due back on Thursday. Thank you so much for helping your child with their "Kid Writing" this year. All the children have become very good and confident sentence writers. I could not have done it without you and that is the truth!!!! We are almost done  with our school journals and I will  be sending them home shortly.

The children had a fun time at The Crayola Factory and were so well behaved . I was very proud of our boys and girls. Thank you so much to all our chaperones who did an awesome job .

I am sure you have heard that we released our butterflies. This was a great learning experience for the children however  this year's batch of creatures were not very healthy. One never came out of his chrysalis and the butterflies that did really could not fly too well. We all hope that they are able to stay safe in nature for a bit.

For the remaining days of school we will spend our time in serious Graduation Practice , end of the year assessments and working on our Kindergarten Memory Booklets.

Remember these important dates:

·        Monday, June 4: Kindergarten Field Day

·        Wednesday, June6 : Kindergarten Graduation-7:00

Well as you can see from our newsletter this  looks like a very calm week here in Room KC.  Thank Goodness!!

Have a wonderful week!!
