Miss Cataldo's Class
ReadingIn reading, we have begun another novel, 'Esperanza Rising'. We are still working on figurative language, and are also praticing discussion and debate type questions. In addition, we are using the multicultural vocabulary to help understand the origin of some different words we use everyday. Math ![]() In math, we have begun Geometry. We are learning all about polygons, angles, and symmetry. Toward the end of this month, and the beginning of February, we will be starting data analysis. Science ![]() ![]() In science, we are beginning our unit on ecosystems. We have learned about producers, consumers, and decomposers.
