Honor Band
All the 6th-8th graders will be working on the selected music for the Tuolumne County Honor Band. They will all need to turn in the parent form stating they will have parent support as we work on the challenging music. The form is not saying the student will be guaranteed a spot in the Honor Festival, it is just stating that the student will participate in class and audition for either Miss Simpson or the county teachers for a spot in the Festival. We are not going to isolate any group of students for positive or negative, giving all students the opportunity to grow and learn. When the time comes, students will be notified if they are to participate in all the Honor Festival activities.
If the students would like a CD of all the honor band music, students can purchase one from Miss Simpson for $1.
