Counselor's Corner



My name is Molly Palmer and I am the school counselor here at Rockwell. This year, students in grades K-2 will have guidance twice each month. Students in grades 3-5 will have guidance once a month. We will be talking about the monthly character traits, study skills, careers, and social skills. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your child at 704-279-3145 ext. 104. Throughout the month of December students will be participating in different service projects to reinforce the character traits they are learning. Some of the projects that we will work on are:

-Making "Lovie Dolls" for Threads of Love

-Making cards and ornaments for Jeff Gordon Children's Hospital and Levine Children's Hospital

-Sending cards to service members through the Red Cross
