Upcoming Events: 
  •  Oct. 16th - NRHS "Cavalier Classic" Marching Band competition.  Bake Sale items need to be turned in by Friday, Oct. 15th or brought to the high school that morning.
  • Oct. 23rd - High School Marching Band competition - Come see us at Hickory Ridge HS.  
  • Oct. 30th - High School Marching Band competition - Come see us at South Rowan HS.
  • Nov. 6th - High School Marching Band competition - Come see us at North Davidson HS.
  • Dec. 14th - Middle School Winter Concert - NRMS gym
  • Jan. 11th - RSS Middle School All-County auditions - Knox Middle School beginning at 4:00pm.
  • March 18th and 19th - All-County Clinic and Concert- Carson High School. 
Our Musical Philosophy:
The goal of the NRMS Band program is to strive for and set the highest possible standards for success and musical excellence while having insane amounts of fun.

  • If your student has an instrument repair issue, please consult Mr. Howe before sending that  instrument to a repair specialist.  Most minor repairs can be done at school.  So save some money by checking with Mr. Howe first!
