3 Days Until FCAT!

March 10th and 11th!

Reading Class Assignment 3-5-09 - 3-6-09:

Students are to create their own FCAT test! They are to use question starters to create multiple choice items. They are using USA Today Papers dated 3-4-09. They are welcome to go to www.usatoday.com to view articles in order to complete the assignment.

FCAT Testing Tips!

1.  Eat a good breakfast both days!

2.  Come in with a positive attitude!

3.  Review and skim your test. Notice the title, the authors, the types of passages, types of questions, pictures, captions, or any words that stand out to you.

4.  Be sure to read each passage and implement some sort of strategy to help you understand.

5.  Answer each question. Be sure you are able to find support for your answer in the passage if you have to. 

6.  Review your answers!
