Math: In math we are working on perimeter and area. The students are really enjoying this. Ask your students to explain to you the difference! Area= base x hight Perimeter= all sides s+s+s+s Reading: In reading we are working on context clues and predicting. Your students have enjoyed making their own riddles using context clues. They are also working on questioning themselves while reading. Can you solve using context clue? 1. Has lots of water 2. Furry animals live here 3. There are fences for your protection and the protection of the animals. **ANSWER**---- Zoo Science- In science we are working on our science experiment. Does hitting a magnet demagnetize the magnet? Can't tell you the answer because we are not finished with the experiment. But your students will be able to tell you what demagnetize means! Parents, please make sure to check and sign agendas daily. Homework will be recorded in these agendas. If student's behavior has been appropriate for the majority of the day they will receive a stamp in the agenda daily. If there is no stamp there will be an explanation of your child's behavior. WISH LIST ITEMS: Hand Sanitizer, Lysol Wipes, Stamps, Treats for Prize Box, Candy for basket, books, games and puzzles.
