Ms. Beck's 4th Grade! 

I can not believe we only have a week until EOG's.  We are practicing lots and lots in class, so that we will be prepared. Please continue practicing with your child at home as well. They know a great site called, Study Island that is excellent EOG practice.

Students are working on Math Review every morning to prepare them for EOG's.  They have 40 problems that have to be complete by Friday.  If they miss 20 or more problems the packet will be sent home for parent signature and corrections. 

ASK your students about SUCCESSMAKER.  3rd-5th graders are using this program almost everyday. It is proven that this program raises testing scores.  We want your child to do their best on EOG's, so we are trying to give them as much extra practice and help as we can!

Homework has changed a little, because we are reviewing so much in class. We are no longer doing Spelling and homework is sent home based on what I think they need to review, so please just check their agendas for the work they should be doing.  Also Thursday Folders are always sent home so please look through them, keep the papers and sign the folder.  THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Parents, please make sure to check and sign agendas daily.  Homework will be recorded in these agendas.  If student's behavior has been appropriate for the majority of the day they will receive a stamp in the agenda daily.  If there is no stamp there will be an explanation of your child's behavior.
