Parents and Students in Grades 5-8

• Students are welcome on a voluntary basis, as long as you have given them permission, please use this slip and indicate those days you child will be attending on a regular basis. Students who do not usually attend may attend on a daily basis if you have written a permission slip.
• However, if a scheduled student does not attend, they must have a note accompanying them and given to the PODS teacher for that day.
• If a student, who is required to attend, does not attend, they may not be excused without pre-arranged permission from the homeroom teacher and only for medical appointments and emergencies.  Otherwise, there are additional days that must be served as a consequence.
• All PODS students will not be dismissed until 5:00 pm.  [Parents, may pick PODS students up between 4:45 and 5:00]
• ALL PODS students will be allowed to purchase soda at 4:15 and may bring a snack to eat at that time.
• ALL PODS students may not leave the school building between dismissal and PODS.
• No Fast food may be brought in to them.
