The Project will include:

  • A creative cover that gives some type of information about the book. You may draw, use magazine cutout, or create pictures form the computer
  • Three reflections, journals or letters from the perspective of Ponyboy
  • “Photos’ of Ponyboys’ family members – which can include other Greasers (minimum of three drawings. Each drawing should include a caption about the characters
  • Three souvenirs from Ponyboys journey (physical and emotional) during the book and explanations as to why you chose those souvenirs. These three souvenirs - pictures, drawing, or objects – represent something about Ponyboy. For example, a bologna wrapper since they are bologna the whole time they were in hiding.
  • A newspaper article you create about the fire and the boy’s heroism.
