-Continue to Build Keyboarding Skills (touch system)

-Build speed and accuracy.

-Test (Book) 95+% Accuracy

-Record Test scores (improved).

-Minimum score of 25 wpm @ 95+% accuracy to pass with a six week grade of 60.

            -Federal Typing Test

 

-Continue to Build Keypad (touch system) Skills.

            -Build speed and accuracy.

            -Test (Keypad) 95+% accuracy.

-Min. score of 25 wpm @ 95+% accuracy to pass with a six week grade of 60.  GOES UP 5 WPM FOR 5th and 6th  SIX WEEKS.

 

Continue Word Processing (Microsoft Word)

            -Moving around in word processing.

            -Choosing from Menu (Function keys)

            -Key, edit, print, and save a document.

            -Spell check, and View a document.

            -Set tabs, change margins, change line spacing.

            -Learn how to Format Unbound Reports (with footnotes, quoted material, page #’s, table inserts), etc.

            Business Letters (revisited).

 

-Excel (Spreadsheets) (Revisited)

            Students will recall learning as they set-up a spreadsheet.

            Students will recall learning as they move around in a spreadsheet.

            Students will recall learning as they use formulas, functions, and create graphs in a spreadsheet.

 

Database (Access)

            Introduce Databases

            Students will learn how to set-up a database file.

            Students will create and retrieve database records.
